True to the vision of the college to be an institution that leads the academia of the region. Moulana College of Arts, Science & Commerce is launched with the best in category facilities for a new institution. The college offers the following facilities for the student and the staff.
Apart from the classrooms, the college has a modernly equipped hall with a seating capacity of 250 people for public functions.
A separate playground has been allocated for the students to engage in various games in order to develop their sportsmanship.
The computer laboratory of the college and digital library of the college functions as a digital hub. A special facility has been made in the college for the students of the college to use the internet for study purposes and for the teachers to use the internet for teaching purposes.
Two classrooms on each floor of the college have been converted into ICT enabled smart classrooms. Power point presentations are made using the LCD projector and SMART TV, videos are shown that are useful for learning, and a Mobile Application named CLEZZ is created for BCom &BBA students to do mind mapping.
WiFi facility has been established in the college for everyone to have uninterrupted internet access the smooth functioning of the college. They are Kerala Vision broad band width 90 MBPS (5G Hz ) and BSNL  broad bandwidth 86.3-93.6 (2.4/5GHz) . Both are wired network connections.
A separate 'parking facility' has been arranged for staff and students who come in their own vehicles. The details of the vehicles parked in the college are being registered in order to control the reckless use of vehicles by the students.
Although it is a coastal institution in Malappuram district, there are many roads for students to reach the college. The college has introduced vehicle facility. Tirur is the nearest railway station. For making green campus Restricted entry of automobiles, ban on the use of plastics, landscaping with trees and plants.
A canteen is functioning inside the college to provide food to the students.
The library of the college has made available the best books (10,265) considering various departments of study. There are two separate sections for distribution and reference. 11 journals, 8 e-journals 10 daily newspapers and 10 periodicals are available. All students & staff are members of the library. It is partially automated by using Integrated Library Management Software KOHA and implemented mobile application (NECTTOS) to distribute books. Arranging books on the shelves of the library are under the DDC Classification Scheme.
Institution make available to internet access to Google Scholar, Research Gate, ERIC, INFLIBNET(Shodhganga), E-Shodsindhu, E-Pusthakasala N-List(National Library&Information Service) ,DELNET,GRANDAPPURA (Collection of general knowledge documents related to Kerala),E-Books, Databases, Remote access to e-resourses etc. to students for referencing research journals.
A psychology lab is functioning in the college with all equipment, comfort and safety.
It was formed under the leadership of the teachers of the Department of Psychology to listen to the mental difficulties of the students and suggest possible solutions. It is called SPACE. (Full form –Students Psychological Agony Counseling Centre.)
The college has an open auditorium called Vallathol Smriti Mandapam. This is where co-curricular programs and celebratory programs are held.
All the academic and non-academic programs of the college today are done using this mobile application. It is user friendly. Students, teachers, Office bearers and parents can use it from their mobile phones. Attendances, Progress of the study, Fees related information are available in this mobile APP.
The college provides a supportive environment for its female students and female staff. The room is designed with comfortable furniture arrangements for relaxing. It is located on the first floor of the college campus, it ensures lady students and teachers convenience and accessibility. The facility is open to students with permission from class teachers or department heads. For specific facilities provided for women Safety and security, counseling, Common rooms.
Prayer hall offers a place in the campus to pray. The prayer room has been designed to be useful for students and staff to pray and meditate related to their faith.
The college promotes a green campus by restricting carbon-based and plastic materials and using whiteboards to avoid chalk dust. Adequate ventilation and filtered drinking water are ensured. The scenic, quiet campus offers a relaxing environment, maintained by dedicated cleaning staff. Daily cleaning and garbage disposal are prioritized. Efforts for Green, Energy, and Environment audits, and Clean and Green Campus awards are ongoing.
The college has provided special facilities for the convenience of differently-abled students enrolled in the college. (Scribes, soft copy reading materials, screen reading facilities)
The college has prepared a playground for the students to participate in games and conduct various competitions to help the sports development of the students.
As part of non-academic activities of various student clubs including NSS of the college, the college allocates space for them from time to time. Organic farming is encouraged here.
As skill enhancement initiatives a yoga center is working with the aim of giving Life skills (Yoga, Physical fitness, health and hygiene)
