An innovative activity in the college was the formation of small groups.  Realizing that small groups can work effectively, 27 clubs have been formed in the college to organize the students in different small groups.  Each has a specific area of ​​operation.  A teacher coordinator will be assigned to each club by the principal and students from each class of the college regardless of gender and senior-junior will be allowed to join it according to their interest.  It has been stipulated that the male-female ratio should be equal in each club.  Similarly, it has been decided to appoint male and female student coordinators. It is also helpful for mentoring.

The activities of various clubs in the college are planned and implemented in a manner that benefits the locals as well.  Cleaning activities, blood donation, voluntary service activities, survey etc. are done for the local self-government bodies. The college is committed to building a good relationship with the local government like Grama Panchayat, Block Panchayath, Municipality, District Panchayath and NGOS in the region etc.
