The college has determined that teachers should guide each student by understanding their potential.  For this, the college conducts (TALENT DAY) at the beginning of the academic year to discover the talents of the first year students.  This is usually done at the department level and then overall student performance.  Later, the mentor teacher will work for the growth of the student under him.
