The right to Information Act, enacted in 2005 by the Parliament of India, serves as a protective measure for citizens to exercise their right to access information from  government entities. All sectors and committees within the institutions are governed by Statutory bodies, Established under section 4(1),(b)of the RTI Act 2005.Moulana College of Arts Science and Commerce which operates under the administration of the Moulana Educational Charity Trust,Kuttayi is a recognised  higher educational institution approved by UGC,AICTE and affiliated with university of Calicut.All operations of the college comply with the relevant government regulations.Categorised as “Self Financing”, the college makes all relevant information available to the public, which can be obtained by the Indian citizens. To initiate the process of assessing this Information, individuals may submit applications to the public information officer (PIO)or directly hand them in at their office.
