The Induction Programme DHEEKSHARAMBHAM for the first Four Year UG Programme 2024 batch was conducted on 9th of September 2024 at College Conference Hall. The Programme was conducted by three departments BSc Mathematics, BCA and  BSc Psychology . All the parents and students are actively attended the Programme. All the teachers who were part of the course were also present at the venue. It commenced at 9:55 am and concluded at 12:45 pm. The Programme started with the Welcome Speech of Sumayya K.P., Asst. Professor of Mathematics Department. The Welcome Speech was followed by Presidential Address of Reshma Rajan, HOD of Psychology Department. Then Dr. K.P. Satheesh, Principal of the College felicitated .             The audience was shown a video which shows the laws and punishments related to ragging. Jasim , HOD of Mathematics Department and Mohammed Rasi, the Administrator of the College also felicitated.  Mohammed Irshad, Discipline Committee Co-ordinator and HOD of Political Science Department very well explained about the relevance of discipline and importance of obeying the College Rules and Regulations. Then Fasira, Asst. Professor of BCA Department explained the usage and relevance of student tracking application NECTTOS. PTA member selection was the next thing happened. The selected members of BCA are M. L. Thampi, the parent of Anuj and Rasheed, the parent of Jafsheed Muhamed. Then Remya, Fasira, Reshma Rajan and Sumayya presented the details of College and their respective Department for the better understanding of both students and parents. In those presentations, previous achievements were highlighted for inspiring the upcoming batch. The Programme was concluded with the Vote of Thanks of Mrs. Sajila, Asst. Professor of Psychology Department.

 The inauguration of the student induction began at 10.am to 12.30pm on 11th August 2024 with an introduction of the college. The guests, faculty members, parents and students were present the program. The main objective of our program is to welcome the new comers in a friendly atmosphere and to encourage their creative impulse to boost their confidence. We started the program with prayer. The welcome speech at induction was delivered by Fida.A (Assistant Professor, B.com Travel and Tourism)The chief guest honorable principal, Moulana college of arts, science and commerce, Chennara.Dr.Satheesh.K.P, began his inaugural address. He spoke about his vision and novelty required for a student who are a part of the college.            Then Hashija (Assistant professor B.com Travel and Tourism ,HOD of the department) took the class using slides to get deeper understanding of the 4 year course. It also included what the students had to follow in each semester. After that Aysha( Assistant professor BCA,IQAC Coordinator) talked about the discipline of the college and the opportunities of degree courses. A video was screened to create awareness about ragging and legal proceedings.          Then the PTA member election was held. Sulaika (parent of Aslah)Khairunneesa (parent of nasni) were selected.The program ended gracefully with Dilruba’s(Assistant Professor B.com Travel and Tourism) vote of thanks.

On 10/09/2024 Tuesday B.com finance department conducted an induction programme  (Deeksharambam )for the first year students of academic year 2024 – 2028 and their parents.The programme started at 2.00 pm with prayer.Ms Vismaya assistant professor in b.com finance department welcomed the audience. The presidential address delivered by Ms Manju.T Head of the department. The college Administrator Razi sir delivered the introductory speech. Dr Satheesh K.P Respected principal of Moulana College delivered the introductory speech and the principal brought awareness about the substance abuse in college students through a short video. IQAC coordinator Ayisha M.K  (assistant professor) talked about the academic assessments.              The chief guest Faisal kanmanam Kerala folklore Academy award winner began with inaugural address. Files were distributed by the principal Dr.K.P Satheesh sir. The H.O.D of the department Ms Manju presented about the code and conduct of the college along with activities which the department had done in previous year.Through the presentation they got all the information and facilities of the college. Felicitation done by Mrs Preetha (assistant professor) and Ashitha (assistant professor) in the department of b.com finance . The ( Smart )Add on course head Naseer sir talked about the details of their course and it’s career opportunities.The PTA members were elected Noushiya ( parent of Mohammad sanad ) and Habeeba (parent of Arshida) are selected.Ms shonima assistant professor in department of finance concluded the programme with vote of thanks at 4.00 p.m.

B.Com Cooperation cooperation department commencement induction class for 1st year students and their parents was held today (10/09/2024, Tuesday) from 10.15 am to 12.30 pm in college conference hall. Cooperation department HoD Shaini N.K presided over the program which started with welcome address by Assistant Professor Sruthy Raj. Honorable Principal Dr. Satish. KP delivered the introductory speech. A video on ragging laws was screened to create awareness about ragging and legal action. Also College Administrator Mohammad Razi Sir Malayalam Department Assistant Professor Aswini and English Department Assistant Professor Shruti VS spoke. Mohammad Irshad, Political Science Department HoD and Discipline Committee Coordinator spoke to create awareness about the discipline of the college and then presented a detailed PPT on B. Com cooperation honor Couse.             From their feedback, parents were able to clearly understand all aspects of HOD Shaini Teacher’s e-presentation course. Then BCA Department Assistant Professor Fazira spoke on the topic of Nectos Application and Discipline. Then the PTA member election was held from the parents of the department. The dance performance of Noura, a first year student, made the program beautiful. Assistant Professor Jasna of the cooperation section expressed her gratitude and adjourned the meeting.It was possible to start the program on time and present without fatigue.

English department conducted an induction program on September 6/09/24 Friday. The main intention of the programme was to make awareness about the four year degree BA English language and literature honours programme for students and parents. Program started at 3.10 with prayer. Welcome speech was done by Mrs. Ramlath department of English. principal Doctor Satheesh  give a detailed explanation about the course and rules and regulations of our college. Irshad sir from political science department who explained the rules and regulations of college to parents. Assistant professors Rintu, Rithu, shibina, Nandhakishor, shouhar,Renuka, Hajara, Ummu Asanath etc joined in this programme. Vote of thanks was done by Mr. Jausal from political science department. The programme ended at 4.45 pm.

 An induction program was conducted by the Department of Sociology on 06th September 2024 with the intention of introducing first year students to the curriculam of Four- year undergraduate program (2024-2025). Dr Satheesh KP, Principal, Moulana college of Arts,Science and Commerce –Chennara Hosted the induction program and explained the idea of mentoring and its purpose in making the student life easier as well as documented enough to carefully analyse the progress of each and every students .            Mrs Suvaibathul Aslamiya , Assistant Professor Department of Sociology Welcomed all the participants of the program. Mr Mohamed Sirajudheen.P, HOD, Department of Sociology, gave the presidential address and introduced the rules and regulations of the college and also delivered a vivid description of the college facilities such as library, basic amenities. Faisal Kanmanam, Winner of kerala Folklore academy award 2022 inaugurated the overall induction program of the college and Department of Sociology in Particular. And also Distributed the rewards for the toppers in the university examinations in the Department of Sociology.         Mr Manaf M P, PTA Vice president Moulana college of Arts,Science and Commerce –Chennara, talks about their academics took seriously inorder to maintain the quality of life. MR Muhammed Rasi , Administrator , Moulana college of Arts,Science and Commerce –Chennara , Urging the students to concentrate more on improving their skills and to polish their understanding of the basic subjects . Ms Rinsha , Student of 2 nd Year BA Sociology delivered a talk regarding that no one can motivate humans but we can inspire people with our action. In between the ceremony directors of add on course, Mr Shahabas and Naseer give voice about the route for additional courses. The induction ceremony was made a conclusion by the articulation of Ms Ashna Sharaf, Assistant Professor of Department of Sociology.

FOODUM PATTUM Program conducted by Music club in association with college union on 5th septmber 2024 at college compound. The program start with welcome by program co-ordinator, Saritha A.K(HOD,BCCA Dept).The program inaugurated by Dr.satheesh K.P(principal of moulana college) and presidential address  by Rasi(Administrator).9 students were participated in the program. The program end with vote of thanks by ukkasha(Member of music club).

On 5th September , the Itifadah Students Union of Moulana College organized a grand food fest that brought together students, faculty, and staff to celebrate diverse culinary traditions. The event, held on the college campus, transformed the grounds into a vibrant space filled with food stalls, music, and cultural performances.              The fest showcased a variety of cuisines, with each stall representing a unique blend of regional and international flavors. The students took the lead in preparing, presenting, and serving the food, displaying their culinary skills and teamwork. In addition to the food stalls, the event featured live cooking demonstrations and competitions, where participants were judged on taste, presentation, and creativity. The cooking competitions drew significant attention, with enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty members.           Faculty members praised the Itifadah Students Union for their excellent organization and creative execution of the event, which fostered a sense of community within the college. The proceeds from the fest were reportedly directed towards supporting charitable initiatives, further enhancing the event’s social impact. Overall, the food fest at Moulana College, organized by the Itifadah Students Union, was a grand success, blending culinary exploration with cultural expression and community engagement.

 On Monday, 2nd September 2024, a group of students from the Department of Political Science at Moulana College participated in an inter-college project workshop organized by Shree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur. The purpose of the visit was to assist third-year Political Science students with their ongoing project work, facilitating interaction and knowledge-sharing between the two institutions.             The workshop was led by Dr. Pramod, the Head of the Political Science Department at Shree Kerala Varma College, who provided valuable insights into the methodology and structure of academic research. His session focused on enhancing the students’ understanding of political research techniques, critical analysis, and effective project presentation.         The study tour from Moulana College was led by the Head of the Political Science Department, Mr. Muhammad Irshad, who guided his students through the discussions. Overall, the inter-college workshop was a productive and enriching experience, contributing significantly to the academic development of the students from both institutions.
